Project background
A dental office tenant improvement on Churn Creek Road, Redding
Dentists of Redding is a new dental office at 4647 Churn Creek Rd, with an announced opening date of December 1, 2026 (Dentists of Redding).
On this dental office tenant improvement for general contractor CM Corp, Precision installed plastic-laminate casework throughout: base and upper cabinets, tall storage cabinets, specialty dental cabinetry and laminate countertops.
Our installation ran from the reception and waiting areas through the treatment rooms, X-ray rooms, sterilization and laboratory spaces, and staff support areas, covering both patient-facing and clinical spaces with attention to fit, finish and functional storage.

Dental office cabinetry and millwork we installed
- Front office: reception cabinetry, transaction counters, work surfaces, drawers and finished panels.
- Clinical areas: cabinetry and countertops supporting dental equipment, supplies and daily staff workflows in the treatment rooms, X-ray rooms, and sterilization and laboratory spaces.
- Casework and countertops: plastic-laminate base and upper cabinets, tall storage cabinets, specialty dental cabinetry and laminate countertops.
- Staff support: storage shelving, lounge cabinetry, locker cabinets and consultation work surfaces.
- Interior doors: 11 interior doors installed with jambs and hardware.

Fitting casework around plumbing, electrical and dental equipment
Our team handled material unloading and distribution, layout verification, field fitting, leveling, anchoring and final adjustments. The installation was coordinated with plumbing, electrical and specialty equipment locations so each cabinet and countertop fit and worked as intended.
