Precision Cabinets & Millwork installed the architectural millwork and casework at Eastdil Secured's Santa Monica office: custom reception features, architectural wall and soffit paneling, coffee and break-area cabinetry and islands, storage systems, booth and banquette millwork, and conference-room credenzas.

Project background
Eastdil Secured's office at 100 Wilshire, Santa Monica
Eastdil Secured describes itself as the original real estate investment bank, combining commercial real estate and capital markets expertise. The firm opened in New York City in 1967 (Eastdil Secured).
Savills completed its acquisition of the firm on August 3, 2026. The combined business, Eastdil Secured Savills, is jointly led out of New York, Santa Monica and London (Eastdil Secured). The office is on the 15th floor of 100 Wilshire, a 21-story tower completed in 1971 on the corner where Wilshire Boulevard ends at the Pacific Ocean (Los Angeles Conservancy). Precision installed the millwork across the office: the reception, the coffee and break areas, conference rooms and support areas.
